Terms And Conditions Of Purchase

Section 1:

ModMySite / MySiteGroup licenses all of its programs, modifications, materials, and support "as is".
ModMySite / MySiteGroup does not warrant the operation of the programs, modifications, materials, and support to be uninterrupted or error-free.
For 90 days from the date of purchase, ModMySite / MySiteGroup will use its best efforts to correct defects under this Terms and Conditions of Purchase.

Section 2:

Proper notification is opening a ticket in the ModMySite / MySiteGroup ticket system located at http://support.mysitegroup.com

Section 3:

All conditions that caused a suspected defect or error to materialize must be fully documented by the customer and be reproducible.
If ModMySite / MySiteGroup determines that the defect was the result of, or related to, some action by the customer, the lack of complete original specifications, or the need for additional time to complete the modification or task beyond the original time allocated, the correction of the defect may incur additional charges for its remedy, at ModMySite's / MySiteGroup's discretion.

Section 4:

In any case, the sole obligation in the event of any defect or malfunction, is to provide programming and technical support at ModMySite's / MySiteGroup's discretion to correct and/or reasonably mediate the defect, under the terms of Sections 1, 2 and 3 above.
